This manual is a practical resource for youth workers, educators and activists who want to address body shape and size discrimination or build more inclusive practices among youth. It introduces the idea of Body Liberation and explores how it can be applied in youth work through microactivism, digital microlearning, and other approaches. Alongside theory and background, you’ll find a Body Liberation Glossary, non-formal education methods, and links to an online media collection. We invite you to read through the materials with your own experiences in mind and share them within your networks.
It is available in four languages – English, Latvian, Spanish, and Polish (embedded below only ENG version)
